Several questions for the buisness savvy.
1) It was shared that an LLC will automatically disolve if annual business taxes are not paid.
2) It was also shared that an LLC is not transferrable. That is, the owner can NOT sell the property to another person. Example, a gentleman wants to sell his LLC (with properties under the LLC) to me. However Federal law prevents such transfers.
Is this correct?
