I have decided to get started but have been told I need to be a licensed business in WA to conduct any business. My research has shown that a Real Estate Investor must have a real estate license as a salesperson, broker, etc... I find this difficult to swallow. Does anyone have experience in starting a DG REI business and then working as a Real Estate Investor as Dean describes in his books in Washington State?
I am interested in contacting a successful investor because I have a zillion questions about conducting this business in this (WA) business unfriendly state.
