I am trying to take action by interviewing RE Agents and dont want to sound like i dont know what I am talking about. Is there a standard set of questions that I should ask to determine if this person understands what I am trying to do or not. I am wanting to do wholesale flips, or assignments. So far the 2 I have talked to have worked with investors but only on the buying end, so they get their comm. Thanks for your help. I'm trying to climb out from under this rock of fear!!
