How accurate is the Foreclosure Alert system?

Can anyone who has used the Foreclosure Alert System tell me how accurate the information is? I'm currently using Prop Stream to locate properties. Anyone familiar with this software? It seems like every service has errors. However, I would like to know if the FAS works better or not?

PropStream Records

Hello Quyen,

PropStream (also known as PropTrend) integrates the website “4ClosureAlert.com” to locate pre-foreclosed and foreclosed properties. Within PropStream you have an option of searching properties by a specific address or you can use the “Foreclosure Search” option to search for both pre-foreclosed and foreclosed properties. The foreclosure database is pulled from county records throughout the U.S.

This data is compiled by a company called, “Equimine”. Equimine uses a variety of methods to “mine” property data and import it into PropStream. The majority of the records are pulled from county recorder’s offices. Every time you start PropStream you will see a “splash screen” that will show you it is updating your records. The information will be as accurate as the county’s that input the data.
