Has anyone used 4closurealert.com Website to help close deal or close deal at all? I have both AFF and FAL..I was wondering if any one has used both to close deal..they both give very good info and I just don't know where to start..

This is a great website to research pre foreclosed and foreclosed properties. This website pulls it information from the public records so you don't have to spend all your time going down to the court house and doing the research the "old fashioned way" - one property at a time. The site is very easy to use and provides quick update information. We have clients that use this site literally on a daily basis and have successful transactions! I'm new to the investing business. Can anyone answer me? What exactly is the amount of default on a preforeclosed house? What is the process to purchase a foreclosed or preforeclosed house once I find it using the 4closeure system? Thanks for the advice.
