I joined this site last year but haven't had the gut to say hi to all DGers. I watched Dean's videos every week and saw things happens here to people that are willing to take actions, and wishing it was me. Then one of the coaches told me that things won't happen if I don't take actions. Simple is that. So I told myself that I have had enough, that I will hang on until I succeed.
So I took action: called the advisory line more often (all the coaches are so nice, they wouldn't mind me bugging them), got a few buyers on my list, talked to a realtor, and analyzing deals. Just waiting to put out some offers and hopefully my first deal will happen soon

My name is Francis Lambert. I've been on this sight for over a year now and this place is bigger than you'd think in opinion.
They respond when you least expect it-I've had 2 or 3.
It's really Kool; for we are not alone, People get us or they don't, but we know better than to just let them walk away without some educating thoughts.
Educating your clients is a must in much of what I read in books and from time to time, here at the DGsite.
