I first became interested in real estate when I was a kid because my father bought us a lot out in the sticks where the only road was a dirt road and no neighbors for a mile. Anyhow the lot next to us was bought and the owner said he was going to hold onto it to make some cash. He is still holding onto it after 20 some years LOL. That is when I first got the idea that land was worth something and everyone will always need land. I sort of understood that you could buy and sell it for profit. Too bad I didn't understand anything else at that point and high school, then the military took over my life. My interests changed after getting out the military to aerospace and engineering until I arrived where I am at today, Spokane Washington. I got Dean's course but couldn't get the book - I'm working on that one. I am working on rebuilding my credit and making multiple contacts with people in the local area to build my team and mentors.
P.S. I'll keep my progress up to date.
Never Give Up, Never Surrender!
