Offlineit's been three days now and i haven't been able to build a list of buyers.
the only way i can get stated with real estate is if i use the finders fee method first.
but with out a buyer list i don't know how i can do this.
I will keep trying and i will not give up.

Keep the faith and keep doing your best and good things will follow. Make sure you are passing out plenty of business cards to everyone you know. Consider putting ads on Craigslist and getting fliers made up. You can put them in stores in your area. Also, make connections at local investment clubs and network with some other investors.
