Post for a real estate agent on Cragslist and hopefuly have one by the end of the week so i can start making many offers. I also need a broker if i want to qualify so buyers for the rent to own or lease options strategy. Need a title conplany that works with "and/ or agging"
contracts. Need real estate attorney. Basicaly I will work on assebling my team.

Congratulations on getting started. I share in your excitement over Dean's book. I felt the same way and sometimes even still today, I can not sleep because I am so enthusiastic thinking about the next deal or if a current offer might be accepted. Keep up the good work. Today I got the yellow pages and look at the real estate section and started dialing numbers. I would say something like this: " Hello, my name is Patricia. I'm a real estate investor looking to hire a real estate agent.May I have your fax number so i can send you my information " almost all agree and would give me their fax #. Then I would log on to my COA webpage and under the fax out option type in their # and send the letter found in PFREN Title "Proffesional Investor Looking for Properties". Now i just wait until they call my 1888# and leave a message for me to "sift, sort, and screan".

Last night i went to www.meetup.com is a good website to find other investors. I email Anita's real estate investors group meeting in Lancaster and i got a response. Can't wait to go this friday!

I can't believe it. Two days ago I had 6 followers and now 344 and counting!!!
I also have 127 direct messages. I found this web video in someones post and follow it. Its a 6 video traning that cost $27bucks but realy does build trafic now i have 344+ potential buyers/sellers for my deals. If you are intersted follow this link and see your twitter following grow.

My main purpose on twitter was first gain followers have now 1,000+ and counting. I also have 446 direct messages. Those are the people that I'm most intersted in because it shows that they want to engage more.

Last night went to my first real estate inventors club held by Anita or should i say SoCal Real Estate Investors Group. They meet every 2nd friday of the month. Time 6:30pm-9pm cost $25 per person. Location Antelop Valley County club Palmdale CA. I got there 30min late but i made it. It was a small group last night but i like it because i got to meet everyone. The first speaker was Lance Newton on self directed IRAs and then it was Anita on Non perforning notes. I took of notes.

Thank you for posting on my journal. Can you tell me how your 800# is working for you - I am planning to do the same, also can you explain what your twitter following is (something to do with creating traffic to your website)

Investorb: 1800# update I have recieved calls from realtors but I think I'm too picky I just haven't found one that i feel confortable working with.

Following vs. Followes
Following = the people you are following
Followers = the people that follow you

You want more followers because they find you interesting and want to know what you do. Not only can you increase trafic to your exsisting website but post imediatly deals that you are currently working on or if you are bulding your buyers/seller list you can post that too. And best of all its FREE!!!

Today I posted on cragslist, joint two new sites freeyclye.org and econnect.entrepreneur.com. I also worked on my site i linked twitter grahic to webpage.

Made some calls to real estate morgage brokers fax out letter diecting them to 188#. I'm assembling my team of super stars.

Thats great and I hope u will get it all done while u r off this summer.

I found him by faxing the realtor page on PFREN and faxing to all rei agents. Well he had call before and left a message. I call him back but he was not in the office. And i kinda was glad because i realy was afraid to talk to rei agents. Yesterday he call my #1800 again. I was impress because that show he is motivated and wants to work with me. So today i call his cell # and he answer I told him i was going to look at 100 properties but only put offers on a few that have been on the market for 90days or more. "So you are doing assigment of contract" he says and then i know he has work with investors. Thats not all he is an investor himself and he is also a broker. I have a two for one deal realtor/broker. He already send me a list of the properties i ask for and i will review them ASP!

Congrats on finding a Realtor, sounds like he is going to be a great one... an Investor and a Realtor 2 in 1.

Today I listen to Dean call and took action. When to the market and bought a newspaper and stared dialing #'s I call people that offer services such as a general contractor ect. I found 6 leads two real estate investors!!

Great way to get off to a good start! I researched a area 2 towns over, made some calls to home inspection companies to establish a contact person. Continued success.......Lubertha

Today is the official 1st day of summer the longest day and I'm still awake currently 1:34 am Pacific time. Today I will locate buyers in 5 more ours i will be going to yard sales and handing out my bussines cards and asking if i can post a flier so when people come to the yard sales they can take my 1800#.

As you can see I didn't get much sleep last night either. Sometimes it's so hard to turn my mind off when I'm this excited! Yard sales, this was my intetion this morning but it's raining. Bummer! Maybe it will stop later on. So I'll be working on my business cards. Trying to update them before the meeting next week. So I'll probally look at for rent properties today and going a couple towns over to look at theses properties I found on foreclosurealert.com. Continued success......Lubertha

Cashflow, that yard sale idea sounds great. In my area there is usually a farmers market that gathers every Thursday. I'm going to take your idea and apply it to the farmers market.

So how are things going for you ? Haven't heard from you in a couple of days and always looking forward to see what progressed you have made lately.
