i just realized that a DEAL is classified as #1 if u buy and #2 if u sell or rent incl profit of $1000 soooooooooooooooooo i have just closed on deal #3 to recapp i bought a 3 bdrm sfr for 21000 that came with an empty lot .sold the 3 bdrm on a land contract for 38000 with a 2006 manufactured home as a down payment.i allowed 18000 down pymtfor the manufactured home so that leaves 20000 left which is approx 280 per month at 8% for 7 yrs. now i still have the manufactured home to sell which i am eagerly advertising locally to get some cash back AND......... I JUST SOLD THE EMPTY LOT for $11000 land contract for no down pymnt-but $176.98 per mnth @9% for 7 yrs which means that with the 9% i am making approx 14800 on the empty lot that i basically free!!!!!!!! after the 7 yrs r up if they do not pay off erly........and all this after only a few months of reading deans books,think a little different program and the success academy!!!!!!!!!!! on to deal #4 and 5 to get my refund that dean promises!!!!!!!!!!!
