OfflineHi everyone! It is so great to be able to talk to so many great people at the same time! Well to start I am doing ok so far I think. I have a buyer already pre qualified now I need to find him the right house witch is proving to be quite the challenge, it seems that every house that I find is already bank owned or in a short sale I should say, so as you know the Banks do not like to assign any deals on a short sale. My client is getting a litte tired of waiting for me to find him a house,I hope he can hold on a little bit longer. I hope I did ok with this talk to you soon..Diane

Hi everyone, just wanted to tell you that so far he has not given up on me but I dont think it will be long, he has found a house that he likes and it is of course a short sale that I can not assign. I dont have any answers for him so I think I will just let him go do what he wants with it. I know its sad but I have to keep moving forward. Thanks for being there for me...Diane
Yehhh, he found the house he wants and put in a bid we are still waiting to hear from the bank (short sale) his closing date in set for Oct.29 I am keeping my fingers crossed. We have an agreement signed for non dissclosure non circumvent so I can still make $1001.00, so it is a deal for me to make something. I just talked to a former co-worker today she said she wants to move closer to her son,(she has cancer)so of course I said please let me sell your house!! She said yes that would be great and could I help her son. He is facing forclosure soon. I told her we need to get right on that.She will have him call me tonight. Also my friend at work has a house they want to sell that is vacant,built by her husband in 2006 so of course not worth as much as they want for it or have put into it. I am in a quandry about this. What do I tell them? I would love to sell it for them but I dont think there is much room for profit,we will see what they say when I run some numbers on it. well thats all for now,wish me luck.....Diane

Thanks Joe for the words of encouragement! I guess your the only one who reads this site....Well to date we have not closed on the only deal I have made yet It is so frustrating waiting for the bank to get a move on,My Nephew is getting antsy. The other deals are not working out so good, The one woman with cancer took a turn for the worse and was in the hospital for three weeks,now her son has left his house to go into foeclosure and moved down the road from his mother to take care of her so I dont think she will be selling her house any time soon. The other coworker and her husband have rented there house for the season-until May so no Deal there either... I need to find someone in this area that is doing assingments and subject to deals so I can learn how to do this first hand do you know of any body? I have tried to contact people that are close to me but either they have not done any deals or they do not respond to my mail box I need help I am sinking fast here Thanks for reading this have a great day!....Diane Brian
