Seriously trying to get the money up for the Leap!

Times are very hard exceptionally for my husband and I we seem to slowly be loosing everything, he and I have worked so hard for. Got a phone call from the acedemy today and I have to say I have been reading reading reading! Taking notes studying looking at the contracts, searching for properties, put ads on craigs list, trying my best to do what I can with no money, we had to pawn a few things recently to get money for gas, and dentist emergency ect... What an embarrassment that was, We both know and have faith it takes action to get things done! Sometimes we all need a little something more can you say an angel? We are doing our best to save up to get the money together to take the leap to have the help we need to prosper, we have both been faithful and pray God will give us what we need to move forward with this next step inour life. I want it to be the best marriage and a fantastic future!
We will succeed!


God will answer your prayers

You may want to consider praying for "an alternative". Sometimes when our prayers are not answered we think He is not listening. But, it usually is not in His will. God has the answer, he just hasn't shown you yet.

We all know there is a great deal of money to be made in real estate if you keep pushing forward and don't let anyone tell you it can't be done.

At times, it can be hard and an uphill battle. However try to stay positive and keep the faith. You can do it! Try to make a plan and do whatever it takes to move forward ,even if only a little each day. If you find some great deals, try to assign them to build up a little cash or find a cash partner and see if you can take out a little equity. Good luck with real estate investing. DG will be the first to tell you that you can start your real estate business with no money! The academy is nice, but you don't need it to get started. Read all the threads on assignment of contract, lease options, owner financing, etc. All of these strategies have little to no money required. I'll give you an example. I am working on getting an option to purchase a house that was for rent. I approached the owner telling them that if they were tired of renting and would like to sell their house, I might be interested in purchasing it. Well, the lady called me back and said she was interested. We agreed on a price. As soon as her real estate agent agreement expires, we're going to sign an option contract. I don't have money to purchase the house, so I am going to option it. I will have 60 days to find someone who would like to purchase 25k+ below FMV. I will be looking for first time homebuyers or current homeowners who want to upgrade their home. I will give the lady a $100 option fee for allowing me to do this. If I don't find a buyer than I am only out $100. If I find an buyer than the buyer will close on the deal with their funds. I have a chance of making $20k to $30k for $100 option fee, my time and maybe some advertising fees. Do not feel like you need an academy to succeed. Listen to DG's 30 day starter audio and just read. As you come across deals, ask questions here on this site. DG members are more than willing to help out another DG member! Good luck...
