I am very excited about the journey I am about to embark upon. It was almost a year ago when I purchase "BARM" and I was totally pumped but never finished reading the book. However, as of two days ago I finished reading "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" and I am ready to get started. So my plan is to storm the industry and take over. Congratulations on reading Dean's books and taking action. Sometimes you have to be ready to make the change and start something new. It sounds like you are ready to put the plan into action.
