Well I've finally finished reading two of Dean's books and I am ready to go! My regret--that I didn't see his infomercial years ago. I've read stuff from quite a few gurus out there but never felt that I'd received enough info to be able to step out there and do it. I've had my two books for about a month now and I've found out more information about making this work than with any of the other so-called gurus.
Now that I've read Dean's books, email and creeped around this site for a month, I feel like how can I not succeed? I am armed with everything I need to step out and start doing deals. I am even to the point that I am not afraid to do the first one. I've come to the conclusion that if I fall, so what, get up, shake off the dust and start again.
You see, I have plenty of motivation behind me. A job I don't like and even with that job I'm broke. My credit is beyond being in the crapper! Businesses really have a way of taking advantage of you when your credit isn't good by making you pay wayyyyy more money for what you're buying which helps to add to your brokeness! It's not fun when you go to a job everyday that you don't like and don't have any money left to enjoy on pay day.
Thank God for Dean. Now I feel like I really have a way to turn things around.
I'm building my lists and plan to contact two properties and make offers this week. I'd love to assign the contracts but don't think I have a big enough list yet. But if I don't, I'll lease-option both of them. We'll see what happens.........stay tuned!
