i am trying to figure out where ulster county is? i am fairly new tol site and havent set up my journal yet .sorry i havent responded back to quick i work full time and am trying to inspect properties as im sure u r . yes i am way up north right on the canada border maybe 20 miles from it.i have made i offer and inspected approx6 properties read both books . i see alot of info on this site i wish i could spend all week reading them. just got wireless laptop signed up so i can study more.have u done any deals yet ? how r u coming on books? did u join the academy? let me know how u r doing and is anyone helping u ?

Just got my books the other day and I'm reading through the material...I live 1 1/2 hours North of Albany in southern Hamilton County...not to far from Franklin County. I went to college at Ulster Co. CC, so I'm familiar with that part of the state too.
