Rehabber (or wholesaler...) wanted to write cash offers on property in this area of Ohio.
One option I walked through today that has a lot of potential but does need a complete rehab is a 1248 sq ft SFH with 2 car garage on a large lot. It would rent in the $800/$900 range and would probably re-sell very quickly for $70,000-80,000...it is currently valued at 104,900 by county which undoubtedbly is way too high. It is a REO listed at $30,000
I've been off this site for awhile getting acclimated to being a licensed agent in Ohio and Florida and am now increasing my workload since getting my first transaction in Ohio out of the way (foreclosure sold to my mom who got me in this business years ago and JUST about through a nightmare transaction with best friend buying 2nd home on Hutchinson Island Florida).
ANYWAYS..taking it up a couple notches and ready for more Investors in Ohio and vacation/second homes buyers in Greater Fort Myers FL area (including Cape Coral which is flooded with property.)
