Dear DG members,
I live in Kansas and I have an opportunity to purchase a mobile home park in a small town.
I would like to know if there are any of you out there who are interested in forming a partnership with me and purchasing this asset.

This park is only 57% full and is marketed for 900,000. In the course of about 2-3 years we could stand to double the value of this property and increase monthly cash flow substantially.
It could pay out in 7 years with some collaborative effort, and generate close to a quarter million a year after that.
