OfflineOk. I'm 18, have no money, no job(not on purpose. I've looked. Just no luck. Plus, I like Real Estate more than anything out there anyways.), and basically nothing to my name. Except a $48.00 phone bill. But, I need to know if there is anything I can do quickly to make at least $1500 by November in my situation?

Try finding a really good deal, then get it under contract and look for another buyer to assign it to. The ebtter the deal, the more options you may have. Good luck with realestate investing. Believe and Achieve!

You do not need credit to do an assignment deal. Just a buyer interested in the assigned deal and a good deal that makes sense for the buyer.
