Place an ad for the kind of homes that you have available under real estate for sale. Even if you don't have any locked up yet, you can still put your ad in that same catagory. That's where people looking to buy will be searching at. Tell them to contact you that you are in the business of finding homes for people.

Brian gave you some great advice above. The nice thing about Craigslist is it is free and you can try a variety of ads. Over time you can build a buyers list and then even network with buyers, investors, etc. and get additional referals. Good luck with real estate investing. Believe and Achieve!
