It is always important that you use the right terms when marketing your product to potential buyers. The right terminology may mean increased enquiries for your product and possibly more sales.

You can build that buyer's list from a variety of sources. The "we buy house ads" can be a good source. You will learn and decide as you speak with them. It sounds like your putting a plan into place and will take action. That's great. Each day continue to increase your knowledge with real estate and before long good things will happen. Thanks for the kind words and I am hopefully moving along. Had my first meeting with a seller yesterday. Not a good property, but a good experience, so all is well. I have a meeting this week with another realtor (I am inactive) looking for a partner and he claims he has money, but no time. Might be a good avenue.
If you don't already belong to one, I would really suggest joining a REIA in your area. I was so reluctant to drive the 2 1/2 hrs to my nearest one, but once I did, I could have kicked myself for not going sooner. I think even as a realtor you would be surprised what connections there are at these meetings. Along with running ads yourself and calling on other prospective leads you find, you should be able to build your buyers list quite quickly.
