The fact is that customers are far more interested in reading about THEMSELVES than about your company. IT IS ALL ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER. Your headline gets attention when it appeals to the reader’s interests. Use your headline to point out a problem the reader has or something you know reader feels strongly about. Headlines are NOT the place to list the features of your service. Instead get right to the point.
