OfflineWell It has been a whille sense I have been posting, But Im here to say I just did my first deal of the New Year..It wasnt much but everything helps...All I did was send one of buyers to someone with a Property that my buyer wanted...But the good thing is My buyer will be buying 3-5 properties a mouth..I will be getting $1,500 on each deal...I am also still working on a very big deal that has been in motion before Xmas..SO Im hoping this one gets done soon..But it is a $225 million deal so I know it will take time..

That's a really big deal. Are you going to build on empty land. I bet there's a lot of city inspections, city permits, land test fees.... And so on. You would need a lot of connections in the Real Estate business, but it could retire you for life if it is done right. Would like to hear more details about the deal.
What I Did is found a buyer for this Property so I would get 1 point from the deal
of course, any deal will look small compared to a 25mill deal! keep us posted on the big one!

One point from $225 million is about 2 million plus i think...

Well I just got my $721 Check today..All I did was put Buyer and Seller together..I guess the buyer already put 2 more contract on property but he wanted a inspection period and I just found out that he backed out on those 2..I hope he keeps buying

As far as the big deal it is still in motion..There is alot more involed when your trying to convert a building to Private owner..So as Soon as it gets aproved it will go thru...NY takes their sweet time
