OK, so I admit that I have been holding back a bit. I buy real estate really, really fast. I push my self very hard even though I don't have to. I could just take it easy and enjoy the good life. My problem is I love figuring out new things that other people don't know yet. The way I do that is I push beyond my limits almost everyday. Once I am beyond my own limitations and I am doing deals that I can't afford I get backed into a corner and I go into survival mode. Survival mode is a very painful,scary place to be, but it is also very satisfying once the problem is solved. The only way to cure the pain is to push through my obstacles and find a solution to the problem. Once I switch into survival mode I start to learn and create new techniques out of shear neccesity. So like the old saying goes "neccesity is the mother of invention". What I am getting at is this. I have been holding back a few new techniques on how to buy property very, very fast when you don't have the money to put down. I kind of feel bad about not sharing this information but I wanted to have it released in my new book. So here's the deal, I have decided to share some of my new "secrets" at Deans first ever live event when it is my turn to speak on stage. For the record I have done almost 50 deals, starting with no experience and no money, in a little over 3 years and I have been able to learn things even the "gurus" don't know yet because of the amount of deals I have been doing as this crazy market keeps changing. I also bought 2 more houses today along with selling the house I flipped. Yes 3 real estate deals in one day and I started a little over 3 years ago. I bring this up because I am a pretty blessed guy that gets to spend one on one time with Dean on a regular basis. When I have a problem I get to call Dean That is why I can't believe he is only charging $2495 for the live event. My first thought was the price tag was going to be in the $10,000 dollar range. It truly is a steal. $2495 is less than you can make on a bird dog fee or an assignment of contract. (By the way, I am also going to include my assignment of contract "extra clause" that I include in every one of my contracts at the event. This one clause makes my assignments "unescapable") Anyway, I hope you guys realize how easy it is to make $2495 with one deal if you have the right information. Somethings just can't be taught online-SOMETHINGS HAVE TO BE TAUGHT IN PERSON IN ORDER TO BE UNDERSTOOD.
