I am working on my second offer finally. Going to look at the house first before I make my offer. It is a 2br,1ba place on a corner lot. Completely renovated already, owner bought it for his daughter to live in, appraised at 45,500 asking price is 48,300. Good location close to schools,stores and downtown. Houses in the area rent good too. Less than half an acre ground, outside storage building, fenced in yard. Owners want to sell and not rent it out. Not a foreclosure or anything. Has 1300 sq ft living space taxes are around 960 yr. Will have to think about a good offer seeing how the asking price is above the appraised value. Would appreciate any ideas about financing, thought about offering what is owed on it.
