Found an REO down the street from me that looks like it may have some appeal. 1920's bungalow 1300 sqft 1.3 acres on a side rural road near to town. Was forclosed with a deed transfer price of 99 listing with agent at 47. Tax assessment at 112. Definatly needs roof work, am trying to get into the property for a better idea of what needs to be done. Have one buyer that contacted me that said they are interested in rural/farm properties. I was wondering how to approach this property. It is MLS listed and I cannot offord to put down any contract that will obligate me to the property if I am unable to assign it. Any suggestions appreciated.
