Chapter 2 - Quick Start, Pick You Own Path! (Pages 45-47)
I believe Dean's book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" is just packed with great information in every chapter. Chapter 2 on pages 45-47 is extrememly important for the New Investor that is just starting out.
Dean tells you "Remember, you can choose your own path or multiple paths..." This is so key because based on all the information, ideas, techniques and concepts in the book, pick those that you feel most comfortable with and the ones that may work best in your local area. As I mentioned before the book is like a large (Disney World) buffet. Try and take what you like and come back for more to try new and other things.
