So I am thinking of refi'ing one of my rentals. I am currently cash flowing a total of 700 between the 2 of them.
Do I refi one and cut my cash flow by 200, so I can buy another one?
2 rentals - cash flow 700
3 rentals - cash flow 600ish
I'd like to hear any pros and cons....
