We incorporated using the tax club and have had a good experience so far. They provide a number of services which we got involved in.

Yeah....they helped me set-up my S-Corp last year. They also did my business and personal fed and state taxes for 2008. They are organize, quick and very good in giving reminders, they follow up with both e-mails and phone calls.

One thing I have to say about the Tax club is they are helping us with our corporate credit. I made the mistake of buying things under my personal credit cards for my business and now it is hurting my credit. They only thing I really don't like about the Tax Club is they keep trying to sell me more stuff. I have a business set up already and I don't need them calling and trying to sell me all their other services. It gets pretty frustrating.
