I just wanted to everyone who has a coaphonesolutions account and are paying the $29 per month fee and they aren't getting many calls(if any) that they can pay a much cheaper amount by going through their cancellation process. Just login and go to your account, scroll down to "cancel account" and when it asks you if you're sure just click "yes cancel my account" after that page they'll tell you to "wait" and offer to downgrade you to their $9.95 per month LITE account. It gives you 50 minutes of call time. That's great , especially if you're not receiving many calls to your toll-free number(if any at all). Just thought I'd let everyone know about it.
