Hey guys! I just recently signed up, hence the lame/boring profile. I'll try to jazz it up ASAP. I have a question for those of you who can help, though. Now I know we need a good real estate attorney to close deals, my question is how exactly would I go about finding one? Google: "Real estate attorney/ my county"? Once I get my list of possible attorneys and begin calling, what specifically am I asking them? If they're familiar with double closings and assigning contracts? What else? I'd hate to waste their time by calling them up without a script in hand. I'm sure you all understand. Oh and one more thing... You guys arent making sit-down appointments to see these attorneys are you? Most are pretty busy. Are you talking to them over the phone for the most part? Alright, i'm done rambling.
