Automated Foreclosure Finder

I thought that the AFF system is supposed to be updated daily. However, I get records that indicate that the Craigslist post has expired! Why are these properties showing up on the AFF if they are expired on Craigs List?

I also called on a property from the report I got on preforeclosures/forclosures from AFF and found out that the property is not a pre-foreclosure or a forclosure. The property has a paid up mortgage free and clear!

Does anyone know if we are restricted to how many free websites we are allowed to use? And, just how much modifications are we allowed to do with the free website. And, are we allowed to use the free website information on another site we have outside of Dean's still promoting our real estate investment business?

Can anyone tell me if the free website is REALLY free? Are there any hidden costs such as fee for hosting, etc. I'm trying to find out exactly what using the "free" website is really going to cost me any money because I really don't have any! LOL

Are the properties found using AFF only properties that are posted on Craig's List? If so, why would I need to purchase the AFF system instead of searching on Craig's List for properties? I notices that on all the properties listed on AFF the Ad web address ALWAYS shows a craig'slist.org address.

I'm trying to figure out if this is going to be a useful tool or not.

Hi guys!! I have a hurdle to throw myself over and thought maybe someone had some good advice. I just started the AFF system this morning, I ran off about 100 flyers to stop foreclosures and im not sure where to put them!! Has anyone had a really good response and where did you place the foreclosure flyers? Thanks, sondra.

This is probably going to sound juvenile, but i really am intimidated. I set up the AFF program (super excited!!) but it occurred to me that i don't know what to do if someone calls my cell phone or what to say. When the seller leaves a message on the pre-recorded message, what do i do? I have re-read the millionaire book and the Aff start up but i still don't understand what to do when i get a lead. i hope someone can help. I KNOW I'm on the way to changing my life!!!
