I would like to thank you for being the kind of person you are. You are giving. In 2005 I bought the Think a Little Different package. It made full sense. I was not ready. 5 years later I am back and going to the top. Thank you Dean for being consistent and allowing me to find you again.

Regarding the use of Bandit Signs along the roads and placing at intersections I found something cool. I got a bug in my brain (yea I know its bad) and I asked myself how would someone else find an answer? Well, I went to the Department of Motor Vehicles website and found the traffic density flow maps which are completed studies done by the state. The colorful flow of traffic and the numbers are easy to read and give you the low down on where your signs could be posted without guessing. I hope this helps everyone in some manner.

Hi Everyone,

I'm at the stage where I am getting my foundation established and one of those pillars is finding, what seems like, that all illusive cooperative real estate agent who actually believes in my vision.

Admittedly, I have not pursued this monumental task until now, but the forum seems to be filled with fellow investors who have run into real estate agents who've rejected them as though they were asking for their kidney! I am about to send the letter out to see which agents might be interested . . .

Does anyone have any suggestions?
