Hi I new at this so bear with me. I have found 2 foreclosures both banked own. Is anybody else having problems getting the banks,lenders or trustee's to talk to them. Is there a trick to it. I have called Indymac to talk to someone in charge of REO also Citimortgage. They say sorry we can not discuss the house with you or they say to wait for it to go to a realitor. I thought these lenders wanted to get rid of these houses. Am I doing it wrong. Help.
