About Me:
I am a pastor of a non-denominational church in Hawthorne. I just celebrated with my wife our 23rd wedding anniversary. We have two children, Dorina (21), and Crystal (19). I am a native Southern Californian. I served in the U.S.A.F. for 3 1/2 yrs as an air passenger specialist. I then spent three years in San Dimas and graduated from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College.
I pastored for a short time, then ended up in security work for 17 yrs.
In 1998 I was ordained into the ministry, and became the pastor of the church I am presently pastoring. Seeing Dean's TV infomercial, I thought it was a good time to buy the book, and see about becoming financially secure for the future.
Interests:
Of course as a pastor, I am interested in spiritual subjects. I also play guitar & piano. Watch the endings of the old Perry Mason TV show. I enjoy astronomy. Real estate is my newest interest.
TRAINING & MENTORING PROGRAM with success team
I received a call today (10-6-08) to see if my wife and I would be interested in being considered for the Training & Mentoring Program with the success team.
The program was explained to us, and we were asked a number of questions to see if we would be a "good fit" to be in this training program. We were approved and accepted, and we made the commitment to put in the time and work to be on the road to success. "Knowledge plus action equals results" we heard a recording of Dean's voice tell us. I feel "blessed" that we received this phone call, and the offer to have the experts of Dean's program lead us into and through our first "deals" in the world of Real Estate Investment. I look forward to what we will learn, and have complete confidence in Dean's program, having read his book, and some of what is on his website. May this be an encouragement (completely unsolicited by anyone) to those that are considering following any of Dean's offers of training or other helps in the world of real estate investment.
