I had a wholesaler tell me that she would fax one to me when I found a prop she was interested in.So I'm assumming you just ask for one when you start telling Investors what you found.

I am not doing as well as I wanted to, but I have figured out what I am doing wrong. I am not doing enough activities. I am doing to much analyzing and studying and not just getting out and hitting the streets and making offers. Nothing happens in this business until you take action and go out and make offers. What I am doing now is working sandwich leases. I am no longer going to over analyze every deal before I make an offer because I talk myself right out of making an offer. I am now going to make the offer and then figure out the next step from there to make it work! I will let you know what happens.
