I'm 23 years old and a father of a beautiful boy name Alejandro. I've been very interested in RE for the past five years, but I started to focus and learn about RE when I found out that I had a little one on the way (about 18 months ago). I see Phoenix being my starting point for investing, and eventually I would like to spread to other desirable and growing locations.
