Hello, I need to find someone in Nevada who is doing this. If they are in northern Nevada that would be better but knowing how things work for this state would be a great help since I have not came across any information to help me in my situation now. As it stands now I am going to have to make offers based on pics on the internet cause no one will show me any properties as things stand now. I know that is not very smart and risky but I have no choice. As far as I can see I'm the only one trying this in Nevada.

This is for Dean if he reads this. I am at block wall due to the fact that I can't qualify for anything and because of that I can not find an agent who will take the time to show me properties because they feel they are wasting their time since I am not in a position to buy a property for myself. I have told them I am working on assignments, then they tell me to have the end buyer send them their qualifying letter. I don't know who the end buyers are going to be until I find a property and call the people on my buyers list. I can't make realistic offers on properties until I have all the information available to me, that includes the inside of properties. All the coaches are aware of my problem. Tom was the last person I emailed with and since I havn't received any emails from anyone in the last couple of days I guess they aren't able to find a solution to my problem. So I will be on the streets if I don't find an income very soon. I don't have any sources of income and the coaches knew I was on a time limit. My time has ran out and now I need to walk the streets and find some type of income to keep me off the streets literally.
