This would for me depend on the amount of repairs there was to the unit. If it was in good condition and if the numbers worked in my favor I would keep it for a positive cashflow. If the cashflow was not great and the unit was in need of alot of repairs and there wasn't that much equity difference then I would sell it. This scenario has alot of ways it could go.
