I don't know where Whitman is but I have a friend/bro who is from Brockton. I consider myself lucky because he did this with his brother-in-law. Needless to say I asked him if he was interested, he was. He knows a lot of what is needed. Not only that, he really knows how speak to people. My own commo skills are ok, his is about five times better.
Went out house huntin. Went to four or five apts. They are ok and the area is ok too.
Right now, I'm just gonna take one step at a time. Know what I mean...
Oh yeah, before I forget, we found a FSBO that has a store front and a condo on the top. That's different.

Sorry to hear about that. I have been layed off since Nov. 15, 2008. As for a credit card, never had one. But now I think I may need one. I know I will pay a high rate but what the hay. Good Luck on doin a 360.
