Hey everyone, I'm 22 years old, just moved out to Fort Collins last summer and recently got into Real Estate Investing. I'm not one to work under other people that really don't care about your personal being. They see you as an employee and nothing more. I figured it was time to get out of that and be my own boss. I've just started getting into it and learning all about it and I'm looking to do my first deal soon.

I'm love to hunt and fish, draw and paint, and just hang out. I've been dating my girlfriend for 4 years now and I would love to marry her in the future. This career path will fill both of our needs to travel the world and not stress about money, EVER!!! I see it as many others see it. You only have one life so do what you want to do and live with no regrets. That is the only way to truly be happy.
