I am a Mom, wife, Office /Human Resource Manager, Real Estate Investor and a Network Marketer. I lived my whole life in upstate NY (Right on the Canadian border - very small place) and moved to Park City, UT two years ago. Finding it very hard to meet people here but am finally getting to know a few people.

This whole real estate investing is new to me. My son and I took a seminar on Real Estate Investing (Rich Dad/Poor Dad) and purchased some software and we are to take a course. I bought Dean's book it looks like back in March and did nothing except read it and joined this but never did anything. Now I am really looking to learn more about real estate investing.

My husband wanted to get into buying property about 20 years ago and I didn't want to because my parents and my sister had some bad deals with renters. So it left a bad taste in my mouth. I am sure alot of you know what I mean. I am sorry now that I didn't learn about this a long time ago. Now my husband doesn't really want to get involved. So my son and I are trying it on our own.

We do own one piece of rental property back East where we came from but it was not a very good deal when my husband purchased it and it has taken a few years now to get to the positive side.

I am looking forward to learning more from this site and any where else I can learn about this. So now that I have read some of the post I know now to start getting some investors and looking to get properties.
