would like to ask if you have a copy of a contract you use for reassigning. I have a signed "Lease/Purchase Agreement (with option/right to sell by Leasee/Buyer, by Assignment) clause states: Lease/Purchaser to have Full Legal Control/Right, and to Exercise That Right by " Assigning" Property to an Optional Buyer. would you trust that this is good are should I add any amendment ?
