There are now more owner financing opportunities than I have ever seen. There are signs everywhere stating that theowner is owner financing, which means no bank qualifing. This also usually means you will only need a small down payment that is usually negotionable. I would not see the need for a property manager, I would probably just advertise through my local paper or maybe on Craigslist. And you could check their references such as police records etc.

Can you provide more information about owner financing? Sound like a good way to get property. Can I find a potential sale and have a property management company provide a good tenant.
