Banxs

Hi, my name is Lloyd, but my friends calls me "Banxs." Born and raised in the island of Samoa, the Treasured Island of the South Pacific. Currently living in Louisiana after spending many years in California and Utah.

I ordered Dean's book on March 9, 2008 because i was curious about the information contains in the book. I've read a lot of books and materials about real estate investing, but nothing has come close to Dean's book in terms of the valuable information of the how, what, when, where and strategies, etc. The thought of becoming a real estate investor was something i've always wanted for a long time. The books and the materials i've purchased in the past were just general informations without any directions and strageties of how to invest in real estate.

As busy as i was, i finished the book in two weeks and with the new infomation and the knowledge i've gained, i was armed with confidence and desire to become a real estate investor. As of May 1, 2008, i've purchased my first property since i bought the book. I'm now consider myself a REAL ESTATE INVESTOR, i'm looking forward of purchasing many more properties and actually taking the first step of making my dream become a reality as a Millionaire Real Estate Investor.

I grew up in the suburd of Los Angeles very poor and could not afford clothes and shoes for school. Students made fun of me becasue i had worn clothes from goodwill and shoes with holes on them. My mother worked very hard for less money, and my stepfather retired from a steel company and living on a pension he got each month which never covered the bills.

I've been truly blessed with the way my life has been and the way it is now. I'm not ashame to admit but my stepfather, my little brother and i used to collect cans and carboard to supplement my mother's income. My parents have moved on the other side of the veil, (both died, mom & step dad) but i will always remember them for the love and the values they have instilled in me. I also have to acknowledge Dean for writing such a great book and for inpsiring me to take actions and follow my dream.
