you are sure to get paid from a RE-ASSIGN because when you and the homeowner reach an agreement on price, the both of you sign a PURCHASE AGREEMENT CONTRACT, so nobody else can buy the property,unless you RE-ASSIGN the agreement to antoher investor. Once the AGREEMENT is signed by the seller and the buyer, with the proper CLAUSES ATTACHED,you then need to push closing to 60-90 days,or at least try to get that much time, so you have plenty of time to ASSIGN THE CONTRACT.YOUR HERO,SULLY.
