Mom moving to Tampa area
I have a buy and hold situation around the Tampa area. This is a 3/2 2 car garage 1700 sqft in a quiet, golf neighborhood, great curb appeal. The house is well maintained and the neighborhood is mostly a retired couples area. Minutes from a beach makes this an excellent investment for the long term investor. This is an easy rental for an older couple, a lease purchase when the market turns, a straight out purchase for the retiree, or even a vacation home. Possiblies unlimited. Unlike many of the other neighborhoods the home owners fee believe it or not is only $13 dollars a month which is unheard of.
