I'm currently a computer information/IT software tester consultant-contractor I've been in computer work for over 26 years. But, I've been interested in real estate for about 20+ years. I currently just got my real estate license but I have not done anything with it since the RE market is so "sucky" right now. I have my real estate license with a RE referral company so I can avoid office fees until the RE market sales picks back up.

My goals are to become an avid REI and retire from IT all together by being a RE investor. So, this is why I'm joining the DGites for insights, wisdom and knowledge sharing on how to navigate the issues related to quality real estate investing. So all the helpful REI information and sharing is welcomed.
