a little help please
there is a pre-forclosure home for sale. I sent them an email saying that i was interesed in purchasing the home they replied back and said to make an offer.Do i offer full price, im trying to lock up the deal so i can assign it to someone else, i have no money and i believe is also listed by an agent. i need alittle help here.
