I am in Vancouver, British Columbia and I wonder if there are any other Canucks out there using DG's system in Canada?
I have been bitten by the DG bug. It's wonderful to gain some of the knowledge Dean has so graciously shared to so many.
I haven't been active using DG's methods yet, but I feel it coming on. An agent I bought my personal residence from is a new agent, so I'm hoping to team up with him & make some $$$$!

Regarding Bulk REOs: Your offer IS kind of funny (sorry) because I'm actually dealing mostly with REO tapes (packages) anywhere from 50 to 6,000 (yes... sixthousand) properties in one single transaction!

So, unless you have something exclusively I will probably know it long before you ever hear about it.

But thanks for offering.... it's the thought that counts! LOL

Well here is the deal, I live near Pittsburgh PA. So I would be interested in buying homes in that area along with the eastern part of Ohio. I am about 2 hours away from Cleveland and about 5 hours from Detroit. I want to buy properties cheap and then re sell them. It has been awhile since I checked my messages.
("Sorry about that.") I have never bought or owned any property, nor do I know the hassles and frustrations that come with owning.
I have read many many books on the subject, but due to my financial history and inability to find any work, owning anything seems to be a far away distant dream.
I have been keeping my eyes peeled for what I would consider to be whole-sale deals, but I am unable to attract any investor's I could assign to these deals.
The way I figure, maybe I need to appeal to a larger audience then the populace of this immidiate area who all seem to base their opinion's on what ("Everyone else is doing, or not doing.")
People are frighten'd and knowbody wants to be the first to step forward and think outside the box.

I dont know what to do.

These house's I find are usually located in fairly well to-do neighborhoods and are selling anywhere from $80,000 to $100,000 under market value. But like I said, the mentality of most people around here seem to be monkey see , monkey do.

What do I need to do to attract a buyer , or an investor ?

Unfortunately, I have to tell you that we don't have any REO bulk properties in HI, we only very seldomly do.... those are usually sold to local investors really fast.

The same goes for CA. We have occasionally an individual property in CA, but mostly all REO (= bank owned) CA assets come in very large packages anywhere from roughly 80 to 800 (or more).

Why don't you try to approach local banks, and ask them for their respective links because they usually list their (toxic) assets online..... And although these are more expensive than the ones we get, in the months to come CA banks will release/sell more and more of their REO inventory. So, you should be able to find some great deals there.
