Hi Brian, I did not understand your question clearly. Could you kindly explain further. I will be only too willing to assist. I am not as versed as my other brothers and sisters, but I am learning every day. I visit this site every night for more as well as new knowledge and information. For you guys that have been following my journal, you will see that I have been working on a deal that I am waiting to see if the offer was accepted. I was a SANDRA in New York who presented this deal to me. If it is you it is nice to know that you are a fellow Dean Graziosian. If this is you, you must PM me and we must discuss what potential we have to have a turn key investing machine here in the tri-state area. As you see I do have the buyers to make things happen. In about 12-24 hours now we will see if the bank gives us the contract so we can go to closing.
